Clean
peel and wash Lotus root, Potato. Boil it and strain it to
dry.
Mash
it properly and Add in rest of the ingredients. Mix properly to make
soft dough.
Wipe
Iron rod (Sheekh) dry and roll dough on that giving it a Kabab
shape. Bake it in Tandoor till well done. Serve it hot on well
garnished platter with Chaat
Masala.
