Murgh ananaas Kabab


Chicken (Bone Less)   7 small pieces (3.5x3.5x1 Cm)

 

Pineapple                  7 small pieces (3.5x3.5x1 Cm)

 

 

Cream                 15 ml

Cashew nut          7 No

Almond                5 No

Char magaz          Two Spoon

 

(Mix Seeds)

 

Poppy seed          ½ Teaspoon

Salt                    To taste      

Pepper                 ¼ tea spoon

Besan                  1 tea spoon

    

 

 

Kabab

 

Clean and cut chicken as per recipe ingredients Requirement. Grind Cashew nuts, Almonds, Char magaz (Mix Seeds), Poppy seeds after soaking in water for half and hour. Add in Chopped sultanas, salt, pepper, cream and Besan to make a thick paste type batter. Marinate chicken and pineapple in that for 3 to 4 hours.

Wipe Iron rod (Sheekh) dry and skew chicken and pineapple in alternate manner. Bake it in Tandoor till well done. Serve it hot on  platter  garnished with pineapple slices.
