Murgh Chutney Kabab

Chicken (Bone Less)        7 small pieces (3.5x3.5x1 Cm)

Oil                               5 ml
Raw mango               1 No.
Curd (Sour, Hung)   1 Table Spoon
Mint Leaves               ¼ Bunch (30 leaves) 
Green chilly Paste     2 Tea spoon
Coriander leaves       3 Tea Spoon
               (Finley Chopped)
Ginger paste               ½ tea spoon
Garlic Paste                 ½ tea spoon (Masala)
Salt                                To taste
Onion                             1 medium size
Rock salt                       to taste
Pepper                           ¼ tea spoon
Red chili powder          ¼ Tea spoon

Marinade: - Mix Masala altogether to make thick spicy chutney.

Kabab:-
Cut boneless chicken into 1cm Thick and 3.5 Cm square and marinate for 3 to 4 hours. Skew all the marinated pieces on Skewer rod. Bake it in otg (Oven) at 250 C till well done. Serve it hot with pickled onion rings.
