Murgh till Kabab

Till (Sesame seeds)     150 Gms
Egg                          2 No.
Flour                        100 Gms
Oil                           to fry.
Ginger chopped          ½ tea spoon
Coriander leaves         10 No
                  (Chopped)
Dhania Pd               ½ tea spoon
Jeera                     ½ Tea Spoon(Masala)
Chaat Masala          ¼ tea spoon
Salt                       To taste
Green Chilly (Chopped)   1 No.
Red chili powder       ¼ Tea spoon
Flour                     100 Gms

 

 

Clean cut chicken and make pieces as per direction. Add all the Masala ingredients. Beat eggs in flat bowl. Dip marinated chicken pieces in egg carefully so that marinate remains on chicken and then roll it in til (sesame seeds) to get thick layer of sesame seed around chicken pieces. Fry it till golden brown. Serve hot with green
