Make Paneer Tikka as per recipe
given in book. Make kachumbar of Sliced Onion, Sliced Capsicum,
Sliced Tomato, Chopped coriander Leaves, Green chilies
(Chopped),Chaat Masala, Lemon Juice, Salt and Red
chilies.
Make
roomali Roti or big soft Tawa Phulka (Roti). Spread Roti on chopping
board.
Sprinklekachumbar thickly on Roti, arrange
pieces of Paneer Tikka on Roti and fold it properly to make a
roll.
Cut in to four
pieces and serve
hot.
