Paneer Sheekh Kebab

                     For two rolls

Paneer                                     250 Gms  
       
         (Cottage Cheese)   
Ginger paste                          ½ tea spoon 
Garlic  Paste                          ½  tea spoon 
Dhania Pd                             ½ tea spoon 
Jeera                                   ½ Tea Spoon     
Garam Masala                        ¼ tea spoon 
Chaat Masala                         ½ tea spoon 
Salt                                      To taste  
Pepper                                    ¼ tea spoon
Red chili powder                        ¼ Tea spoon
Turmeric Pd                              ¼ Tea spoon
Besan                                      2 tea spoon

                 For green chutney
Coriander leaves                          1 Bunch
Mint leaves                                 1 Bunch
Onion                                         1 small
Pomegranate seed 
(Dry) Anardana                            1 tea Spoon
Salt                                           To Taste
Red Chilly                                    ¼ Tea spoon
Green Chilly                                 2 No.
 
 

 

Kabab:- Mash Paneer (Cottage Cheese). Add in Chop capsicum, onion, Green chilies all the ingredients and mix properly to make a soft dough.

Wipe Iron rod (Sheekh) dry and roll dough on that giving it a Kabab shape. Bake it in Tandoor till well done. Serve it hot on well garnished platter with Chaat Masala and chutney.
 
 Chutney:-  Pluck mint and coriander leaves. Wash them properly.
Mix rest of the ingredients and grind to paste. Make it of pouring consistency by adding water.

Serve with hot kababs.
